Biography
Matt Edgar is a Colorado native and entrepreneur. He has worked in several industries including technology and ecommerce, but his core competencies lie in commercial real estate, specifically Tenant Representation and Corporate Services.
In 2005, his commercial real estate career began at The Regus Group, the world’s largest provider of plug-and-play office suites. In 2006, Matt joined CB Richard Ellis, the world’s largest commercial real estate firm. While at CBRE, he specialized in Global Corporate Services and Tenant Representation for local and multinational companies, while serving as Associate Board Member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver.
2009 brought about the idea that superior commercial real estate services could be combined with philanthropy, integrating business with social consciousness. With the emphasis on serving clients while supporting the community,
Matt formed Community First Commercial Real Estate.
Matt is passionate about skateboarding, rock climbing, snowboarding, fishing, and art. He is married with two kids, and loves spending time with his family on outdoor adventures!
