Biography
Chris has an extensive construction background with a B.S. in Construction Management from ASU. He began as a superintendent in New York City overseeing retail TI work and moved to an Assistant PM for a variety of different responsibilities on high-rise luxury residential construction projects in Manhattan. He then graduated to managing the structural and logistical operations on the rebuilding of the iconic One World Trade Center. For over 5 years, Chris was part of the incredible effort to rebuild and bring the massive 3.5 million SF, 105-floor structure to existence. Certainly an experience that has changed many lives and redefined the skyline of NYC.
After relocating to Denver in 2013, got joined Community First Commercial Real Estate, and is focusing on representing Tenants in emerging areas of the Downtown Denver submarket (LoDo, RiNo, LoHi, Ballpark) with an emphasis on creative space. Chris’s deal path grew to Off Market Investment deals and Multifamily and Hotel development sites in the Front Range, Western Slope and Baja California Sur. Chris enjoys experiencing the mountains, volunteer work, cooking with his 2 young children Sofia and George, traveling and spending quality time with his wife Jen.
