Community First Commercial represents MicroStar Logistics on its Corporate Headquarters Relocation
As Denver’s economy continues its rapid growth, Community First Commercial Real Estate is helping Denver companies position themselves for success in the “New Denver Economy”
Denver, CO (August 31, 2016) – Chris Riedl and Matt Edgar of Community First Commercial Real Estate (CFCRE), the Tenant and Buyer Rep company that gives 10% of its commission to its clients’ favorite charities, is pleased to announce that it recently helped MicroStar Logistics ink a new lease at the historic A.H. Root Building, located at 2401 15th Street in Denver. MicroStar will be relocating from the Denver Tech Center to LoHi early next year, upon completion of Tenant Finish.
MicroStar Logistics will take approximately 13,000 square feet of space, providing its clients with heightened service and support from a central Denver location. The company, which celebrates its 20th anniversary this year, is the leading diversified keg solutions provider supporting many of the world’s best brewers.
“We’re excited to welcome MicroStar Logistics to the Root Building. MicroStar has a forward-thinking culture that fits nicely into the fabric of the Platte Street submarket and we look forward to working with them to grow their already impressive business. Our thanks also to Community First for their efforts in our third transaction in the past year,” said Austin Kane, Vice President, Regional Director for Unico Properties.
“We’re very proud to represent such a well-known, Denver-based company with national reach,” said Matt Edgar. “We were able to help MicroStar transition their headquarters to a part of town that is a much better fit for their culture and brand,” said Chris Riedl.
“As a company committed to keeping our customers at the center of every decision we make, we wanted our new home to be in one of the true centers of the craft beer revolution, Denver, Colorado,” said Bryan Place, MicroStar’s CFO. “The team at Community First did an excellent job finding a building and location that aligned with our customers’ and our culture and we are especially happy to work with them to make a significant donation to one of our favorite charities, Pints for Prostates [Note: insert link to Pints for Prostates website].”
The A.H. Root Building is centrally located, on 15th Street and Platte Street, accessed off I-25 via Speer Blvd, providing easy in and out for employees located across the Front Range. Additionally, the building is in walking distance from Union Station via a pedestrian bridge, and retail and dining amenities; critical factors as Denver continues to grow.
