Matt Edgar
Matt Edgar is a Denver native and entrepreneur. He has worked in several industries including technology and telecom, but his core competencies lie in commercial real estate, specifically Tenant Representation and Corporate Services.
In 2005, his commercial real estate career began at The Regus Group, the world’s largest provider of plug-and-play office suites. As Area Sales Manager, Matt leased office space within The Regus Group’s 12 Metro Denver locations.
Starting in 2006, Matt joined CB Richard Ellis, the world’s largest commercial real estate firm. While at CBRE, he specialized in Global Corporate Services and Tenant Representation for local and multinational companies, while serving as Associate Board Member of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver.
2009 brought about the idea that superior commercial real estate services could be combined with philanthropy, integrating business with social consciousness. With the emphasis on serving clients while supporting the community, Matt formed Community First Commercial Real Estate.
In 2014, he opened a second business, Office Evolution in Cherry Creek. As Franchise Owner, he’s been able to help companies looking for small office space, as opposed to long-term, larger requirements. This allows for Matt to provide comprehensive real estate services, small to large, short-to-long-term.

Chris Riedl
Chris Riedl
Chris received his B.S. in Construction Management from Arizona State University in December of 2004. He began as a superintendent in New York City overseeing retail TI work and moved to an Assistant PM for a variety of different responsibilities on a high- rise luxury residential construction project in the Lower East Side of Manhattan.
Chris was fortunate to be given the opportunity to manage the structural operations on the rebuilding of the iconic One World Trade Center. For over 5 years, Chris was part of the incredible effort to rebuild and bring the massive 105-floor structure to existence. Certainly, an experience that has changed many lives and redefined the skyline of NYC.
After relocating to Denver in 2013, he joined Community First Commercial Real Estate, and is focusing on representing tenants in emerging areas of the Downtown Denver submarket (LoDo, RiNo, LoHi, Ballpark) with an emphasis on creative space. In addition, he offers up his Construction Management services as part of the firm’s “Construction Management Light.” Chris enjoys experiencing the mountains, volunteer work, cooking from scratch, traveling and spending quality time with his Wife, Jen, and new daughter, Sofia.

Tyler Brown
Tyler received his B.A. in History with a concentration in Early Colonial America from SUNY Potsdam in May of 2015. Out of college he began working with fortune 500 companies helping them bring the best EAP trainings to their employees all over the country. With over 7 years in varying customer service positions, Tyler has a client first mindset.
By way of New York, Tyler relocated to Denver in 2017, to the RiNo neighborhood. Obtaining his Real Estate license in 2018, Tyler joined Community First in early 2019. During his down time Tyler likes to explore the mountains with his two dogs and catch as many baseball and football games as possible.
